I was 7 to 15 during these years. I will answer what I can, I'm pretty open about it but keep some details private. My mom, dad (this was a result of his sentencing) and 2 brothers all entered together. My dad died in 2014 so after that point we all became a little more open about that time in our lives.

D) Did your parents continue working in the fields they had before? No completely different fields. They received training and go jobs in new fields.

E) What kind of financial support do witness protection families receive other than housing? Housing and moving expenses for sure. I was a kid so I don't know all the ins and outs of the money. I know my mom got her degree which was bitter sweet as she was 70 percent done under old life and had to restart under new life but she did it.

- After you leave witness protection did you resume your old names?

- Were you allowed to travel for vacation purposes outside of Nebraska during the 8 years?

- What about out of the country?

- When you presented new paperwork to your schools, doctors, therapists did they question it?

- Did you completely cut off all your friends as a kid? Did you tell any of them after you left witness protect?

- Did any of you or your siblings use your witness protection experience for college applications?
