So in 48 hours, we're going to be hearing about how the Iranians are begging for a deal and great progress has been made.

I rather hear that than civilian infrastructures being destroyed like hospitals, schools etc…
If Trump goes too far in bombing Iran, my fear is that China and Russia will intervene. Up to now I don't think any nation has stood up to our dear leader, but how long will they watch us punch Iran in the face. For the future of humanity, someone please 25A this maniac.

China? The same country that has massacred ethnic Uyghurs with zero complaints from the same morons now virtuously moaning about “poor Iran”?

And Russia? The same country who bombed Ukraine mercilessly?

Please. They’re not about to “intervene” on behalf of their terrorist friends in Iran.

Why do you keep repeating that Iran is a terrorist?

The Islamic Republic of Iran is absolutely a terrorist state that also sponsors terrorist proxies Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis, and others. I'm sorry it distresses you to admit facts.

Okay, but what are we. Our government financially sponsored, provided weapons, and/or and trained the Contras, Taliban, Saddam Hussein’s attacks on Iran, KLA, ISIS, government coups around the world, IDF genocides, and more. Pot meets kettle when it comes to sponsoring military operations opposed to yours. I guess the USA and Iran have a lot in common.

Right?

I wish that this site had a way to verify age, I feel like there are kiddies playing.

How many people have American - made bombs killed versus how many Iran and its affiliates have killed? The scale isn’t close. I’m happy the pilot is safe but I’m not celebrating when people are dying with my taxpayer funded dollars.

I checked and yes this is real. We have a madman at the helm.

Good example why nobody in the world (friend or foe) is working with him any more. At this point, they're making non-US arrangements and otherwise waiting him out. There's nothing left he'll get done in the US or world.

So glad to hear this!

This is extremely good news, but at what cost? We could have lost more military in this risky endeavor.

Let’s not forget that it’s been more than 20 years since any enemy of ours have shot down a US fighter, and Iran shot down two.

We need real leadership and neither this felon, nor the drunk Fox News anchor are capable. They are threatening war crimes on Easter morning.

I'm relieved our soldier is safe but our soldiers shouldn't be put in harm's way without solid reason. Their lives aren't so cheap to sacrifice for foreign political agendas.

I'm surprised they didn't just Hannibal Directive the pilot Israeli style

The straight was open before Trump started this bombing. Why would Iran fully open it now?

Get ready for $200 plus barrels of oil for the next 5-7 years! Hope Israel has a plan for water. 80% of their drink water comes from 5 desalination plants. There would be no way to Israel could survive that.

The reason for that is the US has not fought a real country capable of firing back for over 30-40 years. There will be more planes taken down. The US is planning to use b52. Slow planes.

The cost to rescue to the shot down pilots was An A-10, two Apaches and 6 other planes damaged include ramming aircraft.

Iran is using acoustic sensors and only turning on radar at the last few seconds. Air defenses systems have improved to the point aircraft have little chance. The anti aircraft missiles are highly maneuverable and intelligent.

Israel should have fully known and accepted the risk of losing their desalinization plants by starting a war with Iran. If not, then blame Netanyahu.

Israel will be totally fine. I'm sure they're working on getting our government to send billions more in aid over to help with the situation.
