Obamacare and Welfare are laws. Why did the GOP House refuse to take up the comprehensive immigration bill passed by the Senate in 2013? Because they wanted it as a wedge issue that people like you buy into.

The bureaucracy saved the streets by blocking the parade of tanks that Trump wanted. Instead he only got a few stationary props in the VIP area.
