Processed food go-to's for the office?

Anonymous
I know processed food isn't the greatest, but I'm frequently rushing around and failing to have things stocked at the office leads me to eating too much at restaurants. What are your favorite low-cal packaged foods that can be popped in the office microwave and keep hunger at bay?

My current favorite find is Special K Crustless Quiche (3 to 4 WW points and very filling). I also keep Progresso Light soups on hand, but variety would be awesome!

Meal bars. Love them.

At my law firm, we all have snack drawers. I have a lot of nuts. Those packages of snack packs from Trader Joe's are great. I have lightly salted cashews, mixed nuts, almonds, etc.

EPIC bars?

Do you crave something warm? I just keep Lara bars, string cheese or a few yogurts, and clementines at the office.

OP here. I'm looking more for full meals than just a snack but any healthy go-to suggestions are welcome. I eat both breakfast and lunch at the office.

Jimmy Dean sausage, egg, & cheese—the one that’s turkey sausage, egg whites on English muffin

Annie’s Mac & Cheese (individual packets—I keep butter & milk @ work)

Microwaveable soups, burritos (I make a ton of bean burritos & freeze, or I’ll make sausage, egg, & cheese burritos & freeze). I keep a few things like that in he work freezer and a few soups / snacks in my desk drawer

Not hot, but Luna bars, nuts, peanut butter & crackers, etc. all stay in my drawer

Protein is key, or else I’ll eat chips or other crap

The only frozen meals I like are Amy's.

Costco has good frozen bean and rice burritos.
I also like the Trader Joe’s quiche or the Trader Joe’s Chana masala or sag paneer.
Instant oatmeal is also good. McMahon’s makes a version that is not as sweet as Quaker.

Pack for breakfast and lunch from home. Why do people spend money on putting garbage into their bodies? This week, I made extra bibimbap and brought that to work. It's healthy and balanced. Bring along a Fage or Siggis yogurt cups in your insulated lunch bag for breakfast. Don't listen to the awful suggestions on this thread especially the Jimmy Deans sausage breakfast poster- yuck!

Thee are “grownup lunchables” now (not the real name; that’s just what my friends & I call them) from Olli Salumeria that have salami, real cheese, and real crackers. I eat one with an apple and a piece of chocolate for a light lunch.

Hormel Natural Choice brand wraps. No preservatives. After heating, I stuff them with extra veggies.

Agree with PP. This is the diet and exercise forum, not food. The food police that keeps telling us just to eat crap should go away.
