Freakishly large. I cannot believe this is even on the market. I expected it to go to a consulate for use as a hotel-type residence for visiting dignitaries and as entertainment space.

Why do I not already own this?

It's beautiful but I'm not sure anyone would buy this so close to everyone else. the house that was there before is much more in the keeping with then neighborhood.

Minor quibble. In my palazzo, the gym will be above ground with a giant window overlooking the garden.
