| I hate this name. My DC, a W-Ler, hates this name. If they choose it, we will go the Prince route (My DC attends the School Formerly Known as Washington-Lee). Is there no prominent Arlingtonian whose last name starts with L? |

Because there are other high schools in the county. Granted, the School Board favors W-L over Yorktown and Wakefield, but they wouldn't make it official. |

No connection to Virginia. The Loving case happened here. I still think this is atupid, but at least I appreciate them for attempting to save money to not have to redo all the W-L signs, insignia, etc. |
