Seems like notarized signatures on fraudulent documents should be a slam dunk for felony convictions.

Michigan AG announced last night that she had referred all the information she had on this to the US Attorney for Western Michigan, and also said there are state charges that she will consider as well. There’s video in this article of the Trump delegates trying to get into the Capitol in Lansing by saying they’re the real delegates. The Michigan state trooper guarding the door is like “Nope, all the actual delegates are present and accounted for already.”

That he occasionally but spectacularly says the quiet part out loud? He’s a dumb traitor, but useful in some ways. I wish they’d get him out of office and under oath.
