The US can not afford to continue to lose planes at this rate. We are losing about a plane a day and this does not include all the predator class drones that have been shot down. Yesterday Iran hit US pilot quarters is Saudi Arabia. A lot of wounded reported. No word on if they were pilots. One would hope the US military would have bunkers in a major base established 80 years ago. Does not look like we did.

The US is fighting a war from 30 years ago with 45 year old weapon systems. We are so lucky we did not go against the Chinese. Everyone of our Pacific bases will suffer the same fate as the bases around the gulf. This is a really good time to cut ties with our allies. The US military ignored what has been happening in Ukraine.

The US military has suffered a major defeat here. There is no way they can stay in the gulf region without increasing the defense budget to 2.5 trillion.

Our military is not weak. We just aren't omnipotent. The problem is that Hegseth has crappy tactics and strategy.

We could easily defeat anyone if it's done smart. With Hegseth in charge he just throws our weapons at his opponent.
