You might ask yourself why you continue to believe in a god who lets people use him like that.

You can just believe that somethign exist. What do you do with this . another story.

That's actually schizophrenia

Oh, this is just hilarious. I've never read anything so witty.

OP, I agree with the PP who said "He does." Pray. Read your Bible. Express your needs and tell God specifically what is troubling or concerning you. He will absolutely reveal Himself, sometimes in subtle and often in surprising ways. And not ambiguous at all!

DP. If you feel comfortable sharing, could you give an example of how God has revealed Himself?

There is scientific evidence for mars and black holes. There is no such evidence for God.

What good is it to believe in God if he doesn't do anything?

If you can bring yourself to believe in God, it's easy to think that he does things.

Good things only.

If you pray and what you pray for happens, then God did it.

If it doesn't happen, then God had his reasons.

Belief in God is based on faith, not a voicemail in the sky.

Then a lot of people should stop saying their Holy Books are from GOD.

People don’t need to live or interpret their faith according to your rules.

Why doesn't a unicorn do so?

Or a ghost?

Or the loch ness monster?

That's the entire mystery of all these mysterious beings!

But there have been sightings -- if you believe the source

And people keep believing in them. That says something right there -- the idea that they exist is popular among a subset of the population. Whether or not they actually exist is another question.

Sikhism is not atheistic in any way. Belief in God is at it's core.
