This is just unbelievable. The incompetence.

Check your spam folder! I was in the same boat and was stressing about not having gotten a confirmation email. I found it the email a few days later in my spam folder. Good luck!

what day is the next sign up for all zip codes? Is anyone emailing their council member about changes to this process? it would be nice if they set aside a few days for DC residents only.

I looked there but didn’t see it. I will keep checking, maybe it takes some time.

I am having this problem too. It is not in my spam folder. I called the hotline and they told me to email the help email address if a whole day went by without a confirmation email, but that you don't actually need the email for the appointment. I emailed (booked yesterday) and still haven't heard back.

I managed to make an appointment yesterday, but didn't get an email either (checked spam and all). Later called DoH (same number you call to make an over-the-phone appointment) and they found the appointment in the system. As long as you got to the final screen with the confirmation code, you are fine.

^^. Good to know, thanks. I wasn’t super worried anyway, since I printed the confirmation screen.

It would be sound and equitable to DC residents if they did, thats for sure.

Sign up for all zip codes is Fridays. Priority zip codes are usually Thursdays and all zip codes on Fridays.

I think when they do priority zip codes it’s only for eligible DC residents.

. Thanks. I posted earlier about not receiving the emailed confirmation. Just checked again with this info and I don’t have it. The system is probably just wonky or extra slow. I’m not going to stress over it.

DC has fully vaccinated 3.1% of residents. Here is the info by zip code.

Still no email confirmation. And no response from the DC health email address. I guess I’ll just show up and hope for the best. I know they are not requiring email confirmations but with all of the booking system issues a little worried I don’t actually have an appointment.

Did you print out the confirmation on the screen?
