Yep, after being on hold for 45 minutes a message came on saying no more appointments. Will try again tomorrow.

People in the comments are calling them out, saying it wasn't a volume issue it was an issue of them not updating the qualifying criteria.

Keep holding on I heard that too and selected to stay on the line and directly after spoke to someone. They are still able to search for appointments though by now all are filled.

I stayed on hold until I got through, gave all my info......and then was told that all appointments were booked.

I think the people who take the phone calls use the same web interface as anyone else.

I do think DC has done a really good job rolling out vaccines, all things considered. But please let's not blame the contractors. You chose the contractors.

It’s a heart disease you’ve had since birth, you were born that way. So if you have a valve deficiency, such as a leaky valve, from birth then you qualify.
