He’s not attractive.

I guarantee he’s better looking than your husband. He’s also filthy rich, A-list, incredibly charming and very talented.

NP here. Are you ok?

Huh? He is not ugly by any means but he is also not at all anymore attractive than the average dude his age. He's tall, that's very nice. But plenty of people have way, way nicer bodies than him and features. I mean he's basically a dime a dozen tall, white dude. He has a charm to him, I'll give him that, but a lot of it feels very Nashville record-label publicity machine persona, which just feels really dated, even in country music that model has become less used.

I'm a skinny 40 year old, but nice try.

No one is slamming Gwen herself. What's being slammed is her choice to disfigure her lovely face so that it doesn't look or move like a normal human face.

He is not attractive. On any level. She's def dating down, if we are going by looks alone.

I think she is beautiful. If this wasn't GS, with the ability to compare young/older Gwen, we would not be having this conversation. She is gorgeous (albeit in a barbie sort of way; not my thing but she is still beautiful.)

Having said that, the plastic surgery or fillers or whatever she is doing is becoming obvious. Too obvious, which is too bad. She doesn't need it as she was beautiful to begin with. It would be so nice to see 50+ aged celebrities letting themselves age a bit more gracefully. I'm not saying no plastic surgery, botox, fillers, etc. etc. Just . . . a lot less.

Dude. Calm down. Head back to the Blake Shelton fan club page. You may be more comfortable there.

PS- all of those qualities you list? SUPER SUBJECTIVE. I don't agree with any of them.

Hilarious ad!

She is looking young and very pretty...BUT...she is looking a bit different than what we think Gwen Stephani looks like.

I think it is harder for celebrities to get plastic surgery that most of us like. Why? We like the particular look of the celebrity and we don't want any "improvements" over it.

If folks get the plastic surgery when they are younger and less famous we are ok with it - (Tom Brady, Kylie Jenner, Bella Hadid, Ashlee Simpson).

But, she is absolutely looking young and pretty. I want to know who is her plastic surgeon.

She looks so basic now.

Exactly this. I don't know if she's had any work done or not, but her makeup is just awful. The red lip and arched eyebrows were part of her signature look, it's sad that she did away with them. They made her recognizable and now she isn't.

She looks like every other woman on Instagram. I cannot tell them all apart!

Because it's a way of signaling your social class. Think of the people in Marie Antoinette's day-- they wore big powdered wigs not because anyone thought that was their real hair, it was a fashion that showed that they were part of the aristocracy. Same thing with plastic surgery today.

And God-willing this awful plastic look that you see everywhere, either through plastic surgery on the older or the over-done makeup on women of any age, will go the way of the dodo. And people will look back at the pictures and wonder what the hell people were thinking. Just like we do about the idiots in Marie Antoinette's day.

So awful.

Ha me too! I’m sure she hasn’t eaten in 20 years and clearly has gotten lots of work done but she looks good.

Why is it wrong? She’s 51 and looks AMAZING! Yes I thought she was Ariana Grande and was confused. But she looks so great. No crows feet or sunken under eyes.

She looks inhuman. All you people who find these plastic-surgery nightmare people attractive are so weird!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I see this much work on a 40-60 something y/o I think they're mentally ill nutbags. I much prefer the rich WASPs who age gracefully.

I think she looks fabulous. Gorgeous woman. I'm surprised by the sharp criticism of her looks here.

+1 I can only wish to look that good at 50. Sure she looks fake and like she has had work done but she still looks amazing - she’s hotter than me at 35!!

Don’t be that surprised. A large percentage of posters here have gray hair and wear only spf and tinted lip balm as their daily professional makeup. Which is fine if that’s their aesthetic - but the negative opinions of Gwen here should not be surprising at all.
