Exactly this. I don't know if she's had any work done or not, but her makeup is just awful. The red lip and arched eyebrows were part of her signature look, it's sad that she did away with them. They made her recognizable and now she isn't.

I did not like her previous signature look. She always looked unattractive and low class. I prefer her new look. Sophisticated and elegant. Maybe it was the red lipstick that never looked good on her?

What are people complaining about? She looks great in that commercial. The only thing unnatural looking is that there is no way a 51 year old woman could look like that. But she doesn’t have that weird, cat like look that some people get when they do too many procedures.

I think she looks great and in comparing those pics the only difference I see is some possible upper lip filler (which also might just be aggressive lip lining - in pictures it can be hard to discern what is disguised/enhanced via makeup versus actual procedures).

I watched the Voice this year and thought she looked astonishingly bad.

I think the fillers have actually softened a bit and she looks less scary in the commercial than in the Voice. But when she talked on the Voice especially early in the season she struggled to show any emotion and maybe even to get some words out - but maybe that's how she always talked, I wasn't too familiar with her speaking.

She seems like a lovely person, but, it's sad.
