He saw 1/6 and said, "I want to join THAT GOP"
He has embraced the GOP. That means he is anti-Choice and pro White Nationalism. He clearly has no issue with Trump's naked crimes against the USA and his traitorous actions..... :

This is a pattern with the Frumin campaign- Matt sends out an email, then his bots go online to twist and magnify the lie, meanwhile Matt doesn't go back to the subject and can disclaim responsibility. That's what they did to Goulet in the low-turnout Democratic primary.

In DC party affiliation is just a way to get to the general election where there's a bigger turnout and everyone can vote. Krucoff has nothing to do with 1/6, if he had joined 10 years ago and not resigned you'd say "See, he's still one of them." He's been very clear in his appearances and literature he's never voted for Trump and he's pro-choice. And he's Jewish, hated by white nationalists.

People are seeing through the big lie, this won't work for Frumin in a general election with a bigger turnout and everyone can vote.

What reason would a pro-choice jew join the GOP? Leopard Eating Faces Party?

Surely the won't eat his face. You can trust him, like he trusts them.

Why would anyone oppose statehood? Enough already with no representation!

Because some of us believe their better ways to fix the taxation without representation problem (and it is a problem). Personally, I'm in favor in shrinking the federal district and giving the rest back to Maryland. Sure, some of you will tell me that's not going to happen, but neither is statehood. In the meantime, I'll settle for not paying federal income taxes.

So you want DC to become the equivalent of Hing King to boost your own real estate net worth at the expense of actual voting rights? How will that work in terms of enabling DCPS, DCFD, MPD and hospital workers to live in DC?

You’re never not going to pay federal income taxes and Maryland will never agree to take DC, and DC would never agree to retrocession even if Maryland did want it. So you are in favor of the current lack of representation. Might as well admit it.
