Queen Letizia has had major plastic surgery on her nose and chin. She used to have very “pointy” nose and chin features. This picture is definitely post-plastic surgery.

To me she is the most beautiful royal. I agree she had a lot if work done. I would have work done too if I could have those results

She has gapped and slightly crooked front teeth, which look perfectly fine IMO. It might look strange to those used to seeing those Chiclet teeth on celebs.
