Queen Letizia has had major plastic surgery on her nose and chin. She used to have very “pointy” nose and chin features. This picture is definitely post-plastic surgery.

Agree. He’s flat out not attractive. Now she, is very pretty. Her with the main guy from Crazy Rich Asians would be a stunning couple. So I’m going with, him standing next to her is helping him look better.

That's too bad about Letizia. Her first nose was just fine. It must be hard to know that you are going to be photographed for the rest of your life from every possible angle. Also, our noses too keep growing as we get older. Perhaps she wanted to make sure this phenomenon did not happen to her!
