Essential personnel (doctors, nurses, hospital employees, mail carriers, etc) what are you doing for

Currently we are using babysitters and staggering our shifts (two gs-15 level people in essential nontelework positions). But if this continues beyond mid-April we will need a nanny. We'd have to dip into our emergency fund to do that, though because we also have private school tuition.

Don’t ask SAHM’s they are super sensitive to being asked to watch other people’s kids.

Ask a working mom that is teleworking or a teen who is out of school.


I don’t understand why it’s okay to ask a working mom who’s teleworking. Don’t you understand that we still need to get work out and be on conference calls 2-6x a day?! Telework is based on a mentality of trust.


Geez lady. Nobody who knows you would ask you anyway ok? Just leave this thread for God's sake!
