The Three Homes of Bernie Sanders- pictures

Those are all pretty humble places. Nothing ostentatious.

Bernie has all the younguns fooled. He wouldn't know working class if they kicked him in the face since he's never worked a 'working class' job a day in his life, or any real job for that matter.

Working class people don’t have a 600k lake home with guest house.

Roosevelt understood what the working class needed. You don't need to be one to have empathy.

Don’t compare Roosevelt to Sanders.

Oh, please. Bernie has an estimated net worth of about two million dollars, a lot of it from book sales. That is pretty modest by D.C. standards. Most politicians are much more wealthy. A couple of mid-level bureaucrats can amass that kind of money over the course of their working lives. There are plenty of examples of wealth inequality; Bernie is not one of them.

Plus, he's a 77 year old man who is still working with a wife who works. Hardly rich. Bloomburg is worth 64.2 biliion. That's 64,200 million. Compared to 2 million. So 32,000+ times as rich as Bernie.

His wife works for “Bernie, Inc.” She does not hold any job outside of their various campaigns, institutes, etc. She hasn’t for quite awhile.

Republicans: It's all about PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY! Why should I pay for someone else's SOCIAL SECURITY and HEALTHCARE when they should be saving their money for the future!

Also Republicans: How DARE Bernie be worth $2 MILLION which is pretty much the bare minimum needed for retirement after a lifetime of earning a decent wage serving the public and saving and investing prudently!

Why does Bernie live in the whitest areas possible ? For how much the Democrats talk about diversity and inclusion, why doesn't Bernie live in the eastern part of DC or PG county?

Bernie has never had a real job in his life.

He shouldn’t be allowed within 100ft of economic policy.

Bernie Sanders Caught Flying First Class
by Gary Leff on February 14, 2020

When Bernie Sanders was running for the Democratic nomination in 2016 he charted a Boeing 767 to meet the Pope. Dinner included herb crusted lamb and fine cheeses along with lobster sliders midflight. While the democratic socialist does fly coach, even North Korea’s Air Koryo has a business class.

Senator Sanders, who honeymooned in the Soviet Union, looked sheepish flying first class on an American Airlines Embraer ERJ-175 regional jet.

by Gary Leff on April 17, 2016

Bernie Sanders’ trip to Rome (there’s no airport in Vatican City, though there’s a heliport) was on a chartered Delta Boeing 767-332ER with 26 flat business class seats, 29 extra legroom economy seats, and 171 standard economy seats.

Bernie didn’t become a millionaire by serving the public and prudently investing over decades.

Bernie became a millionaire by running for President.

How Bernie Sanders became a millionaire
By Gregory Krieg, Anna Bahney and Ryan Nobles, CNN

Sen. Bernie Sanders, a self-described democratic socialist, came under fire on Wednesday over the wealth he's accumulated since his first presidential run in 2016.

Sanders in 2019 released a decade of tax returns that provided new insight into how he became a millionaire between his two presidential runs.

According to returns provided by his campaign in April 2019, Sanders and wife Jane's bottom line jumped from $240,622 in 2015, the year he launched his first White House bid, to $1,073,333 a year later, as the once obscure lawmaker became a political sensation on the left and a bestselling author with royalties pouring in.

What about Sanders stating he wants to confiscate 80 plus percent of other people’s wealth do you all not get?

Here's the deal.....
Republicans have NO ISSUE with people owning multiple homes or having wealth exceeding $2M. Good for them!!!
What we DON'T like is "Democratic Socialists" lecturing the country about how "billionaires shouldn't exist" (note that he has dropped the "millionaires" part of his spiel) and we need to distribute wealth to the "less than 1%," and promoting the GND, while at the same time flying in private jets and owning multiple homes, increasing his carbon footprint.
IOW - practice what you preach!
