Or could someone who has done a ton of tanning beds look like that?

I'm 54, and I know for a damn fact my eyelids don't look like hers. Her issue is she lives a "hard" life....a lot of alcohol. It's clear to me she's an alcoholic.

I can't decide if it was scripted-- maybe it was. But I felt like some of the women who said no enjoyed getting dolled up as brides, like it was their prom.

I feel the most bad for Kenny. He seems like a decent guy.

I love that Kelly's mom is Team Kenny. Her sister also seemed really into him. I thin Kelly may regret her decision when she is still single in a few years.

I have to think that it was in their contracts that they would be required to go through the entire wedding and not break up before, otherwise, who would choose such a public break-up?

Much better as a brunette.

So, are Damian and Giannina back together? Looks like it, but not very clear to me.

Agreed! he handled that in such a classy way. even when the guy kept hounding him after the fact. i can't wait for him to end up w/a deserving lady and blows her back out

I actually really loved how well both of their families got along - within minutes of meeting they seemed to just fit. Kelly is an idiot.

I don't think Kelly is an idiot. It wouldn't be fair to Kenny to have Kelly marry him just because he is a good catch. He deserves a wife who is in love with him, wants him, and has her life together. Kelly doesn't seem to know what she wants yet in a man and she was never in love wit Kenny. She also needs to work through her intimacy issues.

As much as it was hard for Kenny, better to be alone or starting again than in a bad marriage right from the get go. Apparently he now has a girlfriend.

Gigi and Damien are together. Based on social media sleuthers, they have been together for awhile. Gigi seems far more grounded and less dramatic in that follow up interview.

Kenny deserves WAY better. I think he is so sweet and genuine and handled the whole thing so well. Kelly is not a catch - a 33 year old MLM “health coach”? - and hasn’t really shown many redeeming qualities.

OK, some good links, all with spoilers for the finale.

This one was a live chat (very funny):

https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/tomiobaro/love-is-blind-last-episode-giannina-damian-lauren-cameron

These have spoilers for the reunion, too, so only click if you want to know what's happening to them now:

https://www.latimes.com/entertainment-arts/tv/story/2020-02-27/netflix-love-is-blind-finale-cameron-lauren

This one is basically Jessica being a liar:

And this article really gets the whole "Is love even real? Are we all deceiving ourselves?" reaction I had to the show:

So "Messica" claims the wine was a one-time thing? I doubt it.

Didn’t she say, “my dog loves wine”?

I don't know why anyone does reality TV. It opens you up to public scrutiny and criticism based on produced and edited content. I feel like the mental health of so many Reality TV cast members goes downhill post their season airing.

I get that it is entertaining and I am part of the problem as I watch but it is so easy to forget that these are just random humans dealing with a ton of praise / hate etc. after being put into ridiculous situations and filmed. Sure they sign up and obviously it attracts people with a need for attention who likely already have a bent towards disinhibition and drama but those aren't the people who are always best equipped to deal with the public beating they take.

I wonder if the shows provide psychological support in the aftermath - especially during the airing season.

I think she must be an aspiring actress or something. That was the weirdest scene. She looked at the camera and kind of scream-whispered “she loves wine.” Someone made the Amy Poehler comparison and now I can’t unsee it!

Thank you PP for posting these links. The buzzfeed live chat is hilarious. To wit: "SK: I, too, love to have date nights with my husband in completely separate rooms while I let my dog gurgle wine out of my glass."
