Also - other than the first article, the execution is much better than Ivanka's straight out stripes.

Ivanka’s highlights aren’t chunky so much as striped. And the first three of these articles all uniformly pan the look. When you’ve lost Refinery29 on a look, the look is too ugly and outre for anyone, especially someone who sells herself as an adult professional working in the WH.

Clearly these highlights have been bequeathed 90s even though they are epitomized by Kelly Clarkson in 2002. Actual 90s chunky highlights stopped at face framing. Regardless, the Refinery29 article is "I Got The ’90s-Inspired Highlights You’ve Seen All Over Instagram." This is not what Ivanka should be saying. She's a decade older than the author and the influencers are younger still. Some people could make that their own, but Ivanka can't, she's fashion victim to her core.

Yes, she went with a vinyl coat that cost a small fraction of her usual budget. Guessing it's been incinerated, and she slipped into the day's actual coat upon leaving.
