Yes. Since the decision was rendered in London, enforcement will not be a problem at all. Sheihk Mo has billions in assets in the UK and other Commonwealth countries. People seem to not realize her father was King of Jordan and her brother is the current King of Jordan. The marriage was probably very helpful in boosting diplomacy and monetary aid for Jordan and also ensures she won't be touched in the event of an issue like this as she was already a royal of another country.
