So many missed opportunities. And I’ve lost confidence in Naeher.

Stop.

Phew. I would have bet a lot of money that Rapinoe was going to miss that 2nd penalty after that long wait.

So what's all this about Megan Rapinoe that people don't like? She shouldn't be playing?

That was exactly my first post, so not sure what I’m supposed to stop.

It’s rapinoe. She has with tired legs and is not a threat on the wing. Everything is breaking down when the ball is at her feet. She breaks play.

US has the oldest team in the tournament, and had the least rest before this game. I have no idea why they aren't using their subs...

I lost faith in Ellis. This game should not be close. Wrong combination of players.

The Eeyore routine. Naeher is fine.

I can see her stumbling on runs.

So many people losing faith in everyone after one tough game.
Chill out folks.

How is Horan not in this game until the 89th minute...

They should be beating them by 3 goals. The US is underperforming. Dunn is not a fullback...lots of players playing out of position and bad chemistry. It’s hard to tell if it’s bad chemistry or just players in the wrong position.

So many Chicken Littles.

Their defense has been great the entire tournament, other than that one bad touch by Saurbraun.

In a bad match up for the US today, a young, quick, up and coming team with a lot of rest playing against an older team with very little rest, they managed to come out with a gutsy win.

And now we're exactly where we thought we'd be...playing France, which had a really hard time against Brazil.

The US clearly haven't played their best yet, but hopefully they'll be ready.
