You saw two Md plates? Was one a boy and a girl? My best friend got into Shepherd OOB last year. She lives in Silver Spring and her ex husband lives in NE DC. They alternate weeks with the kids.

I saw a dad with MD plates do a U-turn right in the middle of 14th after dropoff the other day, while other cars were waiting to get through.

I saw 2 different cars at 7:30 drop off kids. One car dropped off a little boy. I didn’t wait to see who got out of the other car. The MD parents seem to drop off early to decrease scrutiny. I could be very wrong, just MHO.

This is absolute nonsense. My children's grandparents sometimes helps out when i am out of town. Both of them have MD plates.
