NP. I wouldn't even call her his former aunt. She's the mother of his cousins, and she lives with Andrew, his uncle. To all intents and purposes, she is his aunt. I think it would be odd not to invite her. Harry's wedding isn't an event of state.

Goodness, how thick are you? How could anything I said imply that Sarah Ferguson would not attend her daughter's wedding. You sound as witness as Harry's mother.

Most members of the royal family are divorced. The queen's deceased sister was divorced and so are three of her four children. It's not exactly rare within the family.
