Are you stupid? This isn't done with anyone's consent or clearance since it complies old photos and quotes preceding her meeting Harry. Diana was, I think, on more People covers than anyone else. Do you think she participated in any of those ever?

Those are all old photos of her, the "article" is a compilation of quotes she's given over the years in interviews and extrapolations as to how she MIGHT be prepping for the wedding. As a PP said, this is all one big nothingburger. She is no more involved in this magazine cover than Kate is when People puts her on the cover.
