So the drug theories are phentermine or another amphetamine, cocaine, alcohol (and yes I am aware that he claims not to drink) and...? I don't know much about drugs or their side effects, so I don't know what this would look like if this is drugs.

Look at the way he sucked in his lower mouth and his speech got better. His partial bridge or whatever loosened up. This is my opinion since 1) I know someone who has had a TIA and 2) I know someone who has dentures and someone who has a partial bridge.

Right, he's in the middle of a speech and something gives way. Even with his dementia he knows he can't stick his finger up in his mouth and put it back in place. He has to keep on with the speech.

I am an ehtnicity that doesn’t take anethesia well. The thought of going to the dentist for any kind of drilling makes my family a bit OCD about brushing and flossing. Honestly, this conversation is giving me the chills.

Ok, now back to trunp’s issues. My vote = dementia. He is so old and just had a MAjOR life change. His mind has to be taking a toll.

Did you watch the video? Regardless of what you think of his policies, he was clearly slurring his speech. Something wasn't right. Maybe it was something minor like a tooth or denture issue. Maybe it was some legit medical issue. Maybe it was drugs. We don't know that. But to suggest that it's hysteria or fantasizing is simply ignoring reality in front of your face.
