Christ almighty, no it wasn't. It was written by a physician, and I linked to the guy's bio. This seems to make you nervous and anxious to pretend that Trump is okay. He's not. He got his goshdarn birthday wrong on his absentee ballot - that is not normal.

Well no, but a psychologist can make a medical diagnosis. ADHD, anxiety, autism among many other things can be diagnosed by a psychologist.
