I was wrong. In reality, the fact that I had to choose meant neither were right for me. If I could do it over I'd dump both and wait for someone who left no doubt in my mind that they were the right one. The guy who checked off all the right boxes and looked great on a pros/cons list turned out to be absolutely miserable to live with and even worse once kids arrived.

This. The fact OP is having to choose between 2 women tells me he isn't in love. When you're truly in love you don't want anyone but that one person. Op is talking about these women like they are a purchase.

Op here. I've only known them for two months. Why would I be in love? That's a little fast.

Because you're a man. That's why. Men usually KNOW a lot more quickly. You'll most likely never be in love with either of these women. You also seem very immature and superficial. You don't list any qualities that truly make a relationship great besides sex, which yes is important. You list the qualities about each woman like you're trying to decide which kind of car to purchase.

This is total bs. Statistically women fall in love faster than men.

Really? I'd like to see real evidence pointing either way. Anecdotally, my situation has gone both ways. Personally, my DH was in love with me before I was in love with him. Recent boyfriend KNEW the instant he met me that he was interested (it took me months). Earlier boyfriend I definitely fell in love with first.

Doesn't sound like either is going to marry you, to be honest. Both could do better.

I would choose Door....uh....
Girl No. #1.

Because being w/a deceased fish does not seem enchanting due to the terrible odors she may emit.

Is he referring to fellatio? I thought maybe they just weren’t City girls

What are their respective salaries?

Both too old for you. Women should be at least 6 years younger than their men. It works out better for both parties.

Thank god you can along.

My guess is OP is a troll and was crushed not to get a bunch of angry replies on page 1. The shameless superficial and materialistic post was designed to set people off and get angry replies. He/she (OP) was crushed after page 1 but you may have rescued the thread for them. Can't wait to read the rest and find out.

Performing oral sex is hardly a ridiculous requirement for someone you hope to spendnthe rest of your life with. Many people of both genders feel strongly about it as a part of their sex life. There is absolutely nothing wrong with seeking that in a partner. There may be something wrong with you.

This. If the ‘choice’ isn’t obvious, probably neither one is ‘the one’.

Ha ha. Me too. I was about to go into a long post about how once you have kids, going downtown (to the City) will be a pain, you'll have to get a sitter, can't stay out too late, etc. Once I started reading the replies did I realize it was fellatio. I'm so old!

Hotness and lust fade. Pick based on who is a better person.

Haha. I don't think this will resonate with OP.

No, he already knows the answer is #1 based on his descriptions.

No.1
but be warned, just because she loves to go downtown now doesn't mean she will after marriage

Haha right?? Evaluating that someone "loves to go downtown" after a MONTH of dating is laughable.
