Agree that the sentence should have been much longer. He was making essentially a slave dig these incredibly unsafe tunnels.

9 years in jail is a long time. He got what he deserved.

This crime was a bad one and the perpetrator should be punished for it. I’m not advocating for letting this guy off the hook, I’m advocating for lower sentences for lesser crimes.

He had a trust from her and then bought bitcoin at some point at the right time so that he was way up at the time of the fire, IIRC.
