I think if it were 'country road' it would make more sense.

Clean, curves, beautiful, invigorating, natural, comfortable etc.

Backroad makes me think of gross things too. Like when you drive through WV and see people chipping coal on the side of the road to burn at home. Lots of garbage in peoples yards, trailers, etc.

Yet, "body like a country road" doesn't have the same musical appeal and alliteration that "body like a back road" does. Which is what separates this type of song from more mindless crap that unfortunately gets so airplay. You can't just substitute any word in for the lyrics.

Does Disney sanitize the lyrics like Kidz Bop or something? Although the whole song is pretty sensual/slutty it would be hard to make a clean version.
