Yes, this exactly. A short woman is going to have a lot harder time wearing the inevitable middle age weight gain/spread well.

My take is a tall and thin is always best. If I have to take a larger lady, I'd go medium height to short.

Woman here. I'm 5'1" and when I was younger I always thought it would be better to be tall. But the size imbalance thing is hot and real. I like being small with a larger (not fatter) guy.

This is fascinating. I'm 5'4", not super short but my new boyfriend is 6'5". It's a huge imbalance! It doesn't bother me or him but I haven't found it to be super hot. Then again we're just starting out so we'll see.
