Oh, good grief.... that this even needs to be explained to you. But, here it goes... If you are out in a public place - walking, sitting and reading, waiting for the bus, shopping, whatever...you know that there is a good chance that other people are seeing you, that you might be on security camera(s) and there is even a chance that someone taking a picture of something might get you in their shot. It's all a part of being out in public. What you DO NOT expect is someone covertly aiming a camera up your skirt or zooming in on your crotch or taking a close up picture of your butt or taking a picture of you in the ladies room - that is invasive, creepy and not an acceptable part of being out in public. |
