YES! This is me! I love the 5 am workouts and see only my fellow hardcore morning exercisers. You all motivate me to keep coming! |
I've got Raynaud's. What's it to you what I need to wear to stay warm? Focus on your run, not what I'm wearing. |
If that's all it was, then why announce it on DCUM? People don't really care where you are exercising this week. |
| Everyone's gotta start somewhere, OP. |
| Here's a tip OP..stop worrying about other people and worry about yourself. Chances are you probably need to work on stuff... |
Me too. I always need mittens and am always freezing. Been a runner for 22 years though, and it's likely I could beat you in a race, so you can think what you want of my "overdressed" gear. |

My gym had to put up a sign reminding people not to take selfies in there. Seriously.
Oh well, they'll be gone soon! |
LOL what gym is that? I'd love to go there |
Actually the US army committed the biggest study to fitness and found it actually reduces injuries...so your wrong. Second..OP, why do you give two shits? Here some advice. Keep your head down, and focus on your workout and don't worry what anyone else is doing. Chances are you need to put in the extra work anyways. |
I'm a regular gym goer and I sometimes take selfies. |
|
I don't see an issue with selfies sometimes. If some of the hot women who workout didn't take them I would have nothing to see on the barbell life Facebook page
|
Your eyeroll matters not to me. I love looking nice at the gym and seeing how my body is changing and getting strong. |
You're welcome.

Great - here come the crossfit trolls. Here is the army crossfire study. It was not the "biggest" study and had 14 subjects. It made no conclusions about injuries. http://library.crossfit.com/free/pdf/CFJ_USArmy_Study.pdf Meanwhile, crossfit sues to silence studies that do show increased injuries. http://ftw.usatoday.com/2014/07/crossfit-sues-over-study-that-alleges-high-injury-rate |
