DH spends all evening in the bathroom

I would straight up murder my spouse over this garbage. Passive aggressive, dishonest, selfish and pathetic. And I bet he wonders why you don't want to have sex?!

Did I miss something where it stated that DH works and DW does not? What if DW also worked a full day, and then came home and had to deal with all the bedtime nonsense EVERY DAY while DH hid in the bathroom?

My DH has a very sensitive stomach - always has. And he can spend 10-20 minutes on the toilet. But not every night, at the same time, exactly when it's the witching hour. OP, I would tell your DH that you are making him a doctor's appt to discuss this issue, and that he needs to figure out a way to better support you.

Seriously people! Why is everyone assuming that he's Mr. Money Maker and she's his naggy stay at home wife on his ass the minute he walks in the door (and btw, if that is the dynamic this might even be worse because he's essentially asking her to work overtime so he can relax). Seems like either this is a medical issue that he needs to address, or avoidance. The former should be fixed by a trip to the doc and the latter seems easy too. I would happily offer up a 20 minute window of chill time when he get home in exchange for help during the rest of the evening.

Always an affair in DCUM land. You people just love to try to make other people feel bad or insecure.

Im not the pp but you and the OP can live in lala land. My AP told me he takes his phone in the BR to email me. His wife is all over his stuff too. He finds a way. So not trying to make her insecure, just trying to open her eyes that he may not just be watching videos... What advice do you have for her?????

To not listen to you f***ing psychos who paint everything as an affair. Go back to being your skanky self and emailing your boyfriend while he's on the shitter.

Maybe you need an AP. Might help with your anger issues.

Turn the WIFI off next time he goes in there.

OP, let him go in the BR, but ask him not to bring in his phone. Maybe he just gets comfortable in there with it and is playing a game or something. If he doesnt have the phone, then he may come out sooner.

Yeah pretty sure running off 3G won't compel him to leave his hidey hole

I never understood reading in the bathroom on the toilet....I want to do my business and get out soon as possible.

OP, what happens when you go on vacation? Same habit?

What are you talking about? Phones run off 3G when wifi is off. His phone is still going to access internet even if op shuts off wifi.

Unless DW was sitting at home watching Springer and eating chips alone, she was also working a full day.
