lol you actually sound NOT well traveled to not realize he does have features similar to some Hispanics including his nose.
um, I could tell by those grainy pics he wasn't "Hispanic" or Latino for that matter.

Do you want an award? Maybe one for assuming all shooters are Muslim terrorists? He isn't Hispanic but based on those grainy pictures just as easily could have been. Sorry you don't know many Hispanics and how very different they can be.

Yet "Hispanic" is what the news media initially reported, despite those grainy pics. Your thoughts on why?

Because eye witnesses who saw him and heard him speak thought he was Hispanic?

Probably because all they had to go on was grainy pictures, and/or witness accounts.

If the info were that indefinite for certain other racial, ethnic or cultural groups, there would have been no speculation provided to the public.

I don't understand what you are trying to say. They use pictures and witnesses to make their best guess.

I'm not trying to say anything; I said what I meant.

The media should begin to offer descriptors that make sense. Black hair, dark eyes, olive skin tone.

Done.

It will begin to make less sense to use racial terms over time. What about someone who is half Korean, 1/4 Hispanic. They might look Filipino overall, but they're not. And anyway, you can describe features better than that.

It appears that this guy's mother married an American guy who is a Trump supporter (judging by his Facebook page). He apparently killed his ex-girlfriend.

Was the American guy the father or stepfather?

Creepy indeed. I think it's because our elites have fallen so out of touch.
