Sometimes, but not always. Innocent bystanders including a toddler were shot last night in Baltimore in a revenge gang shooting. That toddler is just as much a victim of gun violence as the teen who was killed by the Turk in Macy's.

The Macy's shooting was likely fueled by his being dumped by his ex...ya know, the woman whose name he was shouting during his rampage at Macy's (where he thought she still worked). He surely wasn't shouting anything about Allah...otherwise the witnesses would not have told the police he was Hispanic.
