This example was provided so that posters who minimize the effects of poverty on student performance will stop using the ridiculous terms "high performing" and "low performing" when referring to schools in the District.
This example also applies to teachers. There are many excellent teachers EOTP; however, they too are labeled and evaluated out of the system if they serve in challenging school environments.
