Big Brother 2016 - SPOILERS

I think the whole divide into teams was to prevent the new comers from voting out the oldies.
Nicole is as annoying as she was last time. Can't wait for Da'vonne to throw one of her famous tantrums

Totally agree. I thought I'd posted this for a minute! Things felt stacked/rigged for him in his season too, if you followed feeds.

If you notice, Frank's team is very strong compared to the rest. And the returnees (none of them very strong players) all just happened to list Frank as their favorite BB guest. And the noobs are stacked as a set of mostly dopes who've barely seen the show. And Frank's got the very, very creepy minion Bridgette, who appears to have been raised from birth for this role. He's won two out of three Roadkill comps, which involve going into an RV alone and later having the producers announce who won. We don't see who actually won. The other players don't see. And if by some fluke Frank got voted out, there's the comeback comp, which would probably be a farting contest.

And Ms "I have a photographic memory" Tiffany couldn't remember there were clouds in a photo.

The teams were done via a school yard pick, so it is hard to say that production was involved in that aspect.

The team thing should have ended last night, which would have thrown the house for a loop. If you are going to use the same twists, you can't make it the same time every single season. The fact Bronte was forewarned 20 minutes before she was evicted was stupid, a blindside is just that, a blindside. People on Survivor know how to do blindsides.

Production does tip off some of the players about things. I think there are way too much safety nets to keep the producer favorites and the fake story lines going, and it's a shame. Some fascinating things have happened on the live feeds over the years, and never made the show.

Who is everyone's favorite and least favorite players? (favorite, not most likely to win)

Favorite:
Natalie - comes off as a bit ditzy but strong social game
James - not very likely to win but entertaining
Davonne - good at reading people but she is playing too hard and still a bit too emotional

Can't Stand:
Frank - chauvinistic
Paul - total cliche, boring personality
Nicole - follower, making the same mistakes as her first seaon
Corey - dumb, meathead, mean
Bridgette - weak, clueless

OK:
Tiffany - not a good player, weak social game
Paulie - decent player, but not as good as he thinks he is
Zakiyah - so far just following the crowd
Michelle - has potential

PP, I agree with your read on the cast. I don't like any of them, really--ultimately all too boring. I like when there's someone you can enjoy watching because they have a sly sense of humor and a fascinatingly sociopathic personality. Dr. Will, how I miss ye.

Corey won veto - who do you think Paulie will replace him with?

Who's the current target?

Sucks that Frank can't go this week! I want them to get rid of more boys.

Not Paulie's call. The RoadKill winner put up Corey and that's Tiffany. She says that she's going to put up Da'Vonne. Paulie's target is Tiffany.

Tiffany vs. Da'Vonne is going to be a close vote. Lots of people want Tiffany gone, gone, gone, but no one wants a bitter Da'Vonne sitting in that jury house for two months.

On Survivor, it's only a few hours between the Immunity Challenge and Tribal Council. On Big Brother, the Veto Ceremony is on Monday/Tuesday. Eviction is on Thursday. That's a loooong time for an entire house to keep a secret.

Plus, every Thursday afternoon, all the househamsters are locked in the HOH room for hours. They don't do that on Survivor just before Tribal Council. The live feeds are down Thursday afternoon, so who knows what's said, to whom, and by whom.

Also, specific to Bronte, the househamsters knew there was a possibility that she might come back into the house. (Turns out, they're right. She might.) Why not tell her? She took it pretty well. If she comes back, she's not an unhappy camper. Look at Jozea. He was truly blindsided, and he was furious. If he comes back, he's looking for revenge.

That's right. Paulie won HOH, so his entire team -- Frank, Bridgette, and Michelle -- is safe for the week. Because Corey saved himself, Tiffany had to replace him with someone not on Paulie's team. That someone was Da'Vonne (who is the first returnee to be nominated all season).

So apparently Nicole & Corey are having sex.

I thought Corey was gay?

That said, Paulie & Zakiyah would make a hot, hot, hot couple.

Also Survivor is a way more hardcore game, lets not get it confused. Even Hayden says that, and I think he's the only player to really play both (Caleb flamed out really early last season). People play Big Brother to hang out in a house all summer with other hot people and be on tv. People play Survivor to WIN.

I thought the feeds didn't go down till around 5 PM eastern time on eviction night.

How did the house figure out the battle back twist (granted, they don't know the name, but based on your post, they figured out someone is coming back)?

I know there is a lot of time between veto and eviction, but the house flips all the time. The same thing happens on Survivor (not early on, but usually at the merge). You never know when one nominee will screw up their own game and the original target will stay safe.
