The details are only getting more sordid as they are revealed. I feel terrible for the husband.

The men were seen on surveillance cameras carrying her (topless?) and they said they were going to put her in a cab like that? Was her shirt and bra in her purse too? So freaking messed up.

The one article said she had been seen as a regular by others that lived in that building --to the dealer's apartment. Sounds like a drug habit. Probably gave her the energy...

Sounds like she met up with her friends as her "reason" for going into the city. Afterwards she dropped by this drug dealer's apt to pick up her weekly stash and something went wrong. Was she sexually assaulted? Did she not have the money that she was supposed to bring and someone got angry? Did she have a fatal drug reaction? Did she simply have a heart attack from partying too hard?

No matter how this gets answered it is a sad and sordid end. She looked like she had it all - distinguished and respected career, handsome husband with a similar career, 3 beautiful children, a lovely home, friends, a loving family.....and she pitched it. Sad.

Seriously. If that seems like something that could happen to you, you should probably get some help ASAP - I am dead serious girlfriend. It makes you wonder how many other women who appear to be perfect aren't really. She's the kind of woman that I can see myself having obsessed about if our kids went to the same school -- as in "How come I barely manage to take a shower and get my kids to school and myself to work and she always looks so perky and thin, and beautiful? How does she have time for friends and going out and do it all?"

Also, the kind of woman my husband would likely pick out at the PTA function and use to taunt me. "How come you don't look like that? She manages to earn a ton of money, has great kids and is thin and beautiful. Look how fast she lost her baby weight!"

I suspect there is one of these at most schools and that she serves the same function in relation to the other parents and other parent's marriages.

I know one. She also has a hard time hanging onto women friends. She is fiercely competitive about looks and other women--though she never has had a job like this woman. Also- they are broke ass but trying to keep the charade of wealth. They get wasted and confess they have zero $- but forget the convo later. They sell things to finance vacations. Also- no story is ever the same with them. We've been privy to a wacky-ass peak into the other side once. Im naive- but a visiting friend from NYC immediately had them pegged as coke heads. I remain distant now.
