Though, in the schools where there are large numbers of people gaming the system, they've likely watered down the AAP program anyways, so it's a self-nullifying exercise.

there's nothing wrong with hating the fact that people cheat. or hating the fact that a program set up to serve kids with real needs has been hijacked by kids who would achieve on their own and their pushy parents. so funny that people who game the system always fall back on calling anyone who questions their ethics as "haters."

Or hating the program because It Wasn't That Way Two Decades Ago. Or hating that some people prefer sending their kids to the base school compared to the Center. Or hating that some people don't like Local Level IV. Or hating that kids are not found eligible from a specific test score only. Or hate that a program exists at all. (etc.)
