| American. Has the whole hazmat thing going on. |

If you point out that University City is a lousy, unsafe neighborhood, it makes you a member of the Tea Party? You really are a babbling idiot. |
You missed the whole point: you're a pugnacious twit. So forget bad neighborhoods for a moment, and focus on your own bad behavior. If you're not a Tea Partier, than I'm really sorry! I just confused you with all the pugnacious twits in the Tea Party. |

A good thing about the internet era is that we have crime (and other) statistics right at our fingertips.
If you look at the Trulia real estate website overview for University City Philadelphia, it's no worse than Bethesda, Maryland. Much of the campus is coded "green" (low crime), with other sections "yellow" meaning there have been some thefts. No aggravated assaults, etc. So, I do think that one poster is exaggerating. |
Here's a tip: when you find yourself deep in a hole, stop digging. Every single thing you post makes you seem like more of a fool. |

Way to prove that you're a pugnacious twit ... with a lame retort that exemplifies both "pugnacious" and "twit." Goodbye, |
PS, sorry again for confusing you with the Tea Party! |
' No way! I was there last night for a summer class. I love it. Green, beautiful. Easy to park during summer. Safe, clean campus. Lots of green and trees. Good new facilities. Great adjunct staff who really know there stuff. |
| OK I'll try and break up this senseless fighting by saying that Brown Univ has an extremely ugly campus -- I don't know why I didn't try to transfer to Dartmouth or HYP, where I probably would have been much happier anyways. |
I sort of liked it, up on that hill above Providence. |
+1 GMU is a very nice campus with lots of green space and beautiful new buildings. |
You've never seen the neighborhood around U of C. The campus is beautiful. The neighborhood around it is awful and dangerous. Chicago is an awesome city, but that campus is in a bad area. |
My DC will be starting his junior year there in fall. We've been very pleased with accommodations, classrooms, green areas, athletic facilities, dorms. Everything is close to the dorms. I've never had a concern about safety, either. Great theater and interior stadium. |
