Little bit of thread necromancy for anyone looking for updated research
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4832487/ https://www.fertstert.org/article/S0015-0282(06)01165-4/fulltext https://www.remembryo.com/embryo-grading/#Timing_of_blast_development_Day_5_6_or_7 Sounds like Day 7 blasts are more likely to aneuploid, but if they're normal then implantation rates average around 25-30%. (Just like Day 6 embies, they'll need to be frozen and transferred on day 5 of the mother's cycle for best results.) Some concern that the factors that lead to slow growth also make them more fragile, and less likely to survive the biopsy process in the first place. |
Hi everyone I got pregnant from a day 7 embryo PGS tested normal and so far so good so definitely posible ![]() |
