Will Schools Be Opened tomorrow Tuesday March 4th?

Hi everyone, I am a recently transplant from Alaska and I don't know why the schools were closed today. Is it a local holiday?

I'm not whining. MCPS is closed! I'm fine with another day off. My daughter completed her book project today, and my son practiced his writing. We still do work when we're "off." But we have time to play,t oo.

Even before that. My son is picked up at 8:20 on a delay start day so buses are leaving by 8.

Yes, a school bus goes by my house at 5:30 am, so 7:30 am for a delay start day.
