We have this problem on the Cape. Instead of spending a fortune on more central A/C, we simply put a room unit in each room. Is that possible? |

Wood floors all need refinishing. We're talking two full levels, stairs, and railings. Dogs, cats, kids, 12 years of wear.
Beach house needs the basement finished an the two attic spaces off the bedrooms finished as well. More living space to pile family into! |
| Hate that the kids rooms are so close to ours in a traditional colonial. Did parents never have sex in these houses? Also rooms are too small. Time to bump out the attic--but I'm afraid it will be so hot up there |
THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH OUTLETS FOR MY IPAD HUBS |
| We'll shoot now I'm nervous. We just bought a house without a bsmt. Has a garage with lots of closet storage space.. Finished attic with giant closet up there.. Hope that cuts it. |

Cape-style from 1954. Salmon pink bathroom. Regular pink would be bad enough but it is so ugly.
We put window ac units upstairs for the summer. Helps a ton. |
| The tree in my neighbor's yard that covers my pool with shade in the afternoon. It's also a constant source of leaves. |
Its small size. May be we do an addition and that changes one day but may be we just sell and move further out |
How does your floor separate? |
I am the PP without a basement. We don't have a garage at all (just a small shed) and our attic is unfinished. I'm sure those will make a great difference for you in terms of storage. Please don't worry! |
| I love my house except for the basement which has a hideous 1960s or 70s wet bar, ugly cheap paneling, rusted electric baseboard heaters, and ugly floor tiles that are probably asbestos. I've redone the rest of the house (bathrooms, kitchen, refinished hardwood floors) so the basement is my last major project. I'm saving up the money now. |
| I hate that I don't have a media room,a full size basketball court,an indoor track, a guest suite, and a gym in my house. |

1. Our super nice neighbors moved and rented their house to a pack of a$$holes.
2. We have no mudroom. Seriously. If I ever buy another house, I am going to have a mudroom the size of a bedroom. 3. Ugly red brick fireplace with giant hearth that sticks out into our family room. 4. No neighborhood amenities. No pool, no nearby parks, nothing walkable. 5. No kids in the neighborhood. Less than desirable FCPS pyramid. |

I hate that we have a huge mortgage and weren't able to slap down a big down payment from some previous real estate windfall, or, better yet, a trust fund.
Seriously, I hate that there is no bathroom on the main floor, and it's a 5 bedroom 3 level house. I hate that the 1 car garage can't fit anything larger than a miata. The master bath has a luxurious and gigantic tub and a teeny tiny stand up shower. Guess which one gets more use? |
| My house is pretty much fine, not fancy, but works for us. However, my next door neighbor is so awful! She is nasty, aggressive, gossipy, generally unkind and unpleasant to everyone. Our houses are very close to each other, which sucks because every encounter with her is unpleasant. If I could afford a fence, it would really improve for us. Alas,we can't afford one now, so we are stuck living next door to the crazy lady. |
