+1. I wear blankets, multiple sweaters, thermal socks, fingerless gloves and a hood at my office desk. In August. This is why we're fighting wars in oil-rich countries, because we're wasting a colossal amount of energy refrigerating everybody.

Now that does not sound normal. Blood pressure low?

Not the PP, but she describes me to a T. I am freezing in every building in the summer. I do have low pressure. Never heard about the connection. Can anything be done about it? I want to wear cute dresses and sandals rather than uggs and a snowsuit when I go into a restaurant in the summer.

I don't see why you needed to revive this thread from 2011 with that lame question.

You revived a three year old post just to say this? Moron.

Um, no. While ankle boots are definitely more trandy than they were in the past, knee high boot (with or without heels) are far from our of style. Google the F/W 2014 runway images.

I agree it was too cool prior to this week for knee high boots (though on a few days last week it was cool enough for ankle boots!). I generally think there needs to by highs in the 60s for knee high boots to make an appearance. Rain boots/wellies are appropriate as needed.

Knee high boots are out.

Not really, yes the shorter boots are more in/trendy right now but tall boots are still OK to wear, especially over-the-knee tall boots are popular this year.
