| 5'4" and weight about 128. I would love to weight 120, but no matter how much I excersize (which is everyday), and lower my calories, I just can't do it. I think my body fights to stay at that weight. I am extremely busty, so that is probably some of the weight. My husband thinks I look great. I just wish I did. I am 40 and need to stop comparing myself to 20 year olds. |

5'6" 128lbs
I used to be 118lbs but after 3 kids I'll take it. I like having a little extra in the hips but could stand to lose the tummy. |
| After I read this I fell so FAT! I'm 5'1 and 130pds.. |
We have some people wiht some pretty serious self-image/eating disorders posting on here, don't feel bad. Case in point, look at the person posting just before you, she is 5'6" and seems to think 126 is a bit flabby. There was another poster at the beginning 5'9" and thought she was "about right" sub 120#s. I'm sorry, 5'9" and under 120 is pretty disgusting. Not skinny, just plain old disgusting. I'm 5'9" and 150 (fat by these standards) and I think I look pretty damn good. |
| 22:05 is dead on. I'm a PP who freely admits she has issues. |
| I'm 5'5" and 153 two months post partum. I definitely don't feel my best, would like to get down to about 130 and am working diligently to get there. |
Totally depends on your body type and muscle. I'm 5'8 and 135 is my best weight, even with a lot of muscle. I'm not there now. If you took my body and made it 5'1, 130 would be fat on me. Doesn't mean it's fat on you. |
