I wonder if it's him trying to numb his brain from what he saw in the files/videos. He knows he's helping evil.

He suffers from paralyzing anxiety and a deep desire to show off like Noem. Take both together, and even though he's not an unintelligent man, or an incompetent one, he is now functionally unintelligent and incompetent and cannot lead the FBI. He's overwhelmed and needs to go.

Agree. This was evident with his ridiculous showboating and desperation to fit in with the USA hockey team. But the human brain can also only handle so much trauma.....the files could definitely push someone one to self medicate

He was ever competent? At what?

I mean that he's probably of slightly above average intelligence, and generally competent. Could he have been an effective FBI director even under a more normal President? I don't think so. But a top level manager at a less intense organization, certainly. The theme of this administration is OVERREACH, and not just for Patel.

Top level manager? He never had a leadership position before he was brought in as a Jan 6 loyalist.

To be fair, a “less intense organization” includes things like hot dogs carts and MLM.

Yeah sure reviewing first hand accounts of the worst child abuse in the Epstein Files is just like selling skin care. Totally the same level of intensity.

We all know how this is going to go. There will be no lawsuit. He won't last the next 2.5 years. He'll eventually "Bongino" his way back to his podcast. It's just a matter of what month/day that happens.

Patel is a mess. But really no different than other members of Trump’s crew.

He's getting the Kavanaugh treatment, means liberals are scared of what he will do.

Do just make up lies that they will pretend to believe.

What is "intimidating" merchandise?

Oh no, we've done this to practically all members of Trump's Cabinet, because they're all in over their heads and completely incompetent.

He also married a 20 year old in 2023 and is a tax cheat.

They said that he would excel in a less intense environment, we are just thinking through which level he’d excel at.

You are right, though, it would damage anyone to have to see photos and video of your boss molesting children and then have to hide it. The guilt must eat at him terribly, if he has one shred of decency.
