What cheap shampoo are you currently using? And how is it?

I use the Pantene Smooth and Sleek in the huge bottles we get at Costco or BJs. I've tried more expensive shampoos and honestly have never noticed a difference in how my hair looks. I get a much better payoff in the hair products I use after washing - whether blowdry/heat protectant or hair serum.

My trick is that I went back to sulfates. Good old regular Pantene with sulfates.

Trader Joe's peppermint tingle. I like it and it's been working for years on my fine hair. Sensitive skin and sensitive to fragrance and this doesn't trigger me. Just make sure you grab the shampoo[u]... the color/packaging is almost identical to the peppermint tingle bodywash!

I just looked this up. It's actually Tea Tree Tingle.
