| Looking for some ideas on brands. Not happy with my shampoo but don't want to keep buying stuff that doesn't work well, what are you using for your hair? If you're buying $100 bottles of shampoo imported from Dubai, you do you but I'm looking for drugstore cheaper/affordable brand suggestions. |
| I use L'Oréal purple shampoo to keep my color from getting brassy between appointments. |
| I like Suave professionals. |
| I use Trader Joe’s. It’s fine. I guess I never really notice shampoo/conditioner (unless it’s really dry and I need to use a deep conditioner) |
| Suave rosemary mint and Suave rose oil infusion in rotation. The sulfate-free ones don’t work on my hair. |
|
Pantene proV and Loreal everpure moisture
I’ve never found the more expensive brands to work better. The one exception was Pureology (in the blue bottles) which was a marked improvement for a few weeks, but then that morphed into my hair being no different than when I’ve used Pantene. I have frizzy, colored, thinning hair, and I wash/condition every other or every third day, and use a color safe clarifying shampoo once a week. |

| Suave in the rosemary saved my hair and I use the pink bonding conditioner |
| I use Alberto V05. $0.99 a bottle. Hair is clean. Shrug. |
| Olaplex 4&5. Thinking if switching to K18. |

I've read that shampoo is where you should cheap out, because it spends way less time on your hair than other products.
That said, what type of hair for you have? I like Ogx brand. |
Which one? Whats your hair like is it thick or thin or dry? |
| Garner deep clean, pert polis combo, silicone scalp scrubber and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Like tresseme deep hydrating conditioner. I have Mediterranean and South Asian highlighted hair |

it is a bit of a splurge - but not Dubai level.
I have been able to fund Amika on sale and in my mind it is worth it. Full price is ~60 for shampoo and conditioner - but it lasts as you do not use a lot. |
| I use Cetaphil shampoo and conditioner. |
