That caught my eye too. Thinking that was the total for both Robert Fuller and his partner, Linda Buttrick. $10,000/ month per person is outrageous but more acceptable.

I wonder if the daughter is in Maine, since that is where both Fuller and Burrick lived previously.

“Multiple staff members have expressed fear of reporting Marquise James concerns due to retaliation”, the nurse wrote in her complaint, according to the lawsuit. “Since then, Marquise has been allowed to work while under the influence, has acted erratically and has pre-poured medication- a violation for which another employee was fired.”

Even after the deceased's girlfriend told them she suspected Marquise killed him, they continued to assign Marquise to administer her medication. Unbelievable.

According to their FB page, they are still actively marketing for new clients. Unbelievable. I hope the state is investigating and interviewing current residents and staff regarding their current licensure.

I hope this will not just be a murder investigation as an isolated incident. Cogir very much allowed this to happen.

Would any of those details come out if not for this civil suit? Why didn't we hear about this before the suit?
